Veteren Red Pepper Manger Steps into GM Position in Fargo
Miranda LeBlanc started working at the Red Pepper in 2009. She was hired as “staff”, but early on MIranda exhibited qualities that we look for in our managers. It didn’t take long for her to get promoted to “manager”. Miranda is friendly, energetic, honest and loyal. She is also a hard worker who adheres to and enforces company policies. Miranda excels in both the front-of-house and back-of-house. She is absolutely unflappable at the counter. No matter what the circumstances, she remains calm and friendly to customers while managing her staff and efficiently turning out quality tacos and grinders. Miranda is also great in the back-of-house. She makes staff scheduling, food prep & production, inventory management, and other day-to-day duties look effortless. She is especially good at working with and training new staff members.
When we announced our plans to open a store in Fargo, Miranda volunteered to move her two young children to Fargo to take on the challenge of general managing the new store. We immediately took her up on the offer and promoted her to GM in Feb. 2013. She has done an excellent job transitioning into her new role. Miranda has been an absolute God send for us in Fargo. We are lucky to have her on our team and look forward to what the future has in store for her.
