* Orders are shipped using FedEx Standard Overnight service and are guaranteed to arrive by 3pm.

* Shipping charge varies based on destination. Max charge is $51 (FedEx adds $15 for Saturday Delivery)

* There is a $27 deposit for the insulated shipping container that is refunded upon it's return.

* The Red Pepper provides a Prepaid Return Shipping Label, return shipping instructions for the shipping container and also instructions for how to properly prepare a Grinder.

* Your credit card will be authorized for the shipping container deposite and the maximum shipping charge but only charged for the actual shipping cost based on your address and date of order.
